Welcome to Stashly. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What we sell

Stashly sells in-game virtual items for Roblox games. Items are delivered manually in-game to the Roblox username you provide. We are the sole seller and stock all items ourselves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate Roblox username so we can deliver your order. You must be old enough to use Roblox and to make purchases, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Wallet & payments

Purchases are paid from your site wallet balance. Wallet funds are for buying items on Stashly and are not a deposit account. All payment and balance changes are processed securely on our servers.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver every order within the 30-minute window you choose at checkout. You must be reachable in-game during that window and able to receive the items. If delivery fails through no fault of ours, we may reschedule or refund the order to your wallet.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stashly for fraud, chargebacks on legitimate orders, abuse of staff, or any activity that violates the rules of Roblox or applicable law.

6. No affiliation

Stashly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game developer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
